At Spanking for Wellness, through our practice of "Positive Spanking," we offer active listening and support, spanking and massage in a caring, safe, sensual but non-sexual manner for those who find it helpful for their growth and well being. We have experience in using spanking for stress reduction/relaxation and releasing blocked emotions, transformative healing as well as changing negative behavior patterns that the client wishes to transform. We also work with individuals and couples to help them learn how to use spanking safely and effectively as part of loving relationships. While we are particularly skilled at working with beginners, we are very proficient at working with clients of all experience levels and meeting their needs.
All private sessions are conducted in a safe, sensual but non-sexual atmosphere at a private, Midtown Manhattan location by an experienced female practitioner, or a private, Bethesda, MD location by a male practitioner. Sessions include elements of deep listening/counseling, mindfulness meditation, tantric breath work, life coaching, spanking customized to the client's preference of intensity level, and a deep and loving aftercare massage.
